I hired Luca Lines based on the glowing google reviews here. In brief, they did an outstanding job on the house. Pictures speak louder than words, so I've left attached a 'before' and several 'afters'. This is external wall insulation applied by Luca Lines, as part of a roof and external wall insulation project. Not only is the house now perfectly insulated, but it looks brand new. When all the other tradesmen who worked on the house are singing its praises, you know you've a winner!Alin and Maria are both very professional, and highly responsive to all mail and calls. I received bucket loads of additional advice that wasn't part of the insulation project (I was renovating the entire house). Multiple additional problems cropped up, most from the tech assessor's initial survey - chimney blocking, how to install heat recovery vents, to name a few. Luca Lines solved all of these issues outside the original request in about the most straightforward way you could hope for, in what is overall a gnarly and complicated project.Lastly, I have to mention the savings that were made here. Electric Ireland quoted double the figure for managing and installing roof and external wall insulation. This runs into tens of thousands in terms of savings, which is incredible stuff.I genuinely wish them the best of luck with their business, and would like to thank them for their patience and professionalism throughout - especially with the SEAI checklists.You can't go wrong with this company.
